Puerto Rico digital lab · English / Español

Ideas in. Working systems out.

Q Labs Digital designs and builds the complete thing — platforms, apps, storefronts, automations — and stays to run it with you. One lab, no hand-offs.

This is running code, not a video — the lab's playground is the proof.

Services

What the lab builds

Every engagement is scoped and quoted before anything is built — you know the number, the timeline, and exactly what ships.

Platforms & product engineering

Dashboards, dispatch systems, portals, internal tools — full products with real databases, auth, and APIs underneath.

Next.js · React · TypeScript · Postgres/PostGIS · Drizzle

Interactive & 3D experiences

Games, live scenes, configurators, and experiences that respond — in the browser or in-engine.

Three.js · WebGL/GLSL · Unreal Engine · Blender

Start this →

Mobile & field tools

Native companion apps for people who work away from a desk: GPS tracking, push, camera, offline fallbacks.

Expo · React Native · background location · FCM

Start this →

Automation & AI-assisted pipelines

Workflows that remove the repetitive step: content pipelines, integrations, and AI-assisted production that ships faster without cutting corners.

Node · Python · agents & MCP · CI

Commerce & storefronts

Shops that match the brand they carry — carts, checkout, order flows, and an admin the owner actually uses.

Stripe · headless content · edge deploys

Design, brand & media

Identity, interfaces, motion, and bilingual product demos — the layer that makes the work feel intentional.

Proof

Built here. Running today.

Real systems real businesses depend on — not mockups.

Ohana Towing & Transport

Operations platform

A roadside-assistance company runs its whole day here: a live dispatch command center, customer request and tracking pages, automated PDF invoicing, and a native driver app that keeps every truck on the map.

Deployed

EMS dispatch console

Emergency response

An SOS platform built to stay simple in the moments that matter: one clear call-for-help flow on mobile, and a live map console where dispatchers see every unit and every request at once.

Clinical documentation platform

Health documentation

A bilingual clinical documentation platform a real practice runs on: structured observation forms, print-perfect PDFs, digital signatures, and a review and co-sign flow that holds up to scrutiny.

Delivered

Boutique storefronts

Commerce

Handmade-goods shops with personality: content-driven pages the owner can edit, carts and checkout, and an admin panel — built with the same care as the goods they sell.

La prueba está viva.

The proof is alive.

Five worlds rendered live in your browser — an ocean with weather, a wildflower meadow that bends around your cursor, a nebula, an aurora, a forge. Every backdrop is code this lab wrote, and you can flip any of them into X-ray to see the engineering. If we build this for fun, imagine what we build for work.

How a project moves through the lab

  1. 01

    Understand

The idea, the people involved, the current limitations, and what the outcome needs to be. Nothing gets built before this is clear.

  2. 02

    Plan the whole experience

Not a feature list — the full shape of the thing: who touches it, what it connects to, and what it should feel like.

  3. 03

    Build

Working software early, in the real stack, so decisions get made against something you can touch.

  4. 04

    Test in real use

On real phones, with real data, on real days. The lab trusts behavior over demos.

  5. 05

Refine until design and function agree

The project ships when it works and feels intentional — and then it keeps getting refined.

And the lab stays reachable. Most projects come back with a next chapter — that's the plan.

Questions

Answered up front

What does a project cost?

Every project is scoped and quoted fixed-price after a free discovery conversation — you'll know the number before anything is built. Ongoing care is available as a simple monthly retainer.

How fast can we start?

Send the brief today and you'll hear back within 24 hours. Discovery usually happens the same week; tell us the timeline you need and we'll be straight about whether it's possible.

Do you only work in Puerto Rico?

No — the lab is remote-first and works across US time zones, in English and Español. Being PR-based just means your money supports local tech.

How does ownership work?

Most clients want to be hands-off: the lab builds, hosts, and operates the service, and you own your data, your brand, and your content. If your project calls for a full source-code transfer, that's arranged in the terms — ownership and responsibilities are always written down and agreed before anything is built.

What happens after launch?

The lab stays reachable. Most projects come back with a next chapter — support, new features, growth — and the person who built it is the person who answers.

Start

Tell the lab what you need

A few lines is enough — you'll get a reply from Xavier, not a bot, within 24 hours.

How would you like to continue?

A guided assistant tailors a few plain-language questions to what you wrote. Your request is only shared with it if you choose this path.

Send the request exactly as entered.
